Basically, after signing the contract, we take over the tenant selection and communication and you do not have to worry about anything. You can trust us to find a decent, nice and punctually paying tenant. Deviations are still possible in individual cases, please feel free to contact us.

The administration contract with rentcast has a minimum term of two years. After that, it is automatically renewed for another year, with a notice period of three months to the end of the term.

The deposit is deposited in a rental deposit account with Aareal Bank. We take care of its receipt, settlement and payment after the end of the lease. As the owner, you no longer have to worry about anything.
You will receive the rent to your bank account specified in the contract.
We take over the service charge settlement for you based on the settlement of the WEG management and forward it to the current tenant on your behalf.

rentcast exclusively manages unfurnished residential properties. If an apartment is still furnished, we will gladly take care of its de-cluttering of the apartment or storage of the furniture, for which a fee will be charged.
You will receive your rent from us within the first three working days of the new month, to your account specified in the contract.

rentcast rents exclusively for an indefinite period. Normally, a minimum rental period is agreed.
